Ignorance is the biggest thing keepin' most folks down. Worst kind of ignorance is the militant kind, where everyone is convinced they know a truth and won't listen to anything else.
In a perfect world, people who live by false truths would all die a flaming death and the rest of humanity would get to learn from their example and advance. But, the world ain't perfect.
