Handouts aren't the way to go either, but as long as they aren't giving them maps,water bottles and sending em north I'm fine with it :)
What crap. Breaking the cycle of poverty? The only one who can do that is the person suffering from it. Programs waste MY money and create a culture of dependence.
I guess NYC could send their poor northward like Mexico... let Canada have them...
Maybe he's down there with the tequila-squeezers to Bloombergize their "illegal" guns too, the ones they smuggle and sell by the truckload through NAFTA up Norte - the ones that cause all the problems in NYC.
