Ya gotta love some Royals who dig Sabbath. Bodes well for the future of the institution, I think.
And speaking of Royals, have some Queen... And a little Sabbath and Metallica thrown in for good measure.
Too damn bad about Freddie. Miss him. James did a good job though, and Tony's always reliably excellent. Was that a killer guitar duo or what? Hope you liked them.

Wow, that woke me up! Yeah, poor old Freddie, we lost a huge talent there..
Off topic; Thanks for the help and suggestion about how to unmuddle my template - I've taken your advice, and thrown it over to Mushy, to see if he can do anything with it, fingers x'd, eh?
Love the Ozzy man!
As for Queen...I hate how they have treated Paul Rogers. I saw a special on Queen and they interviewed everyone except Paul and seem to never let him forget that they are Queen and that he's just there to sing their words. If he is helping keep them going, he deserves a little more credit.
Very cool. Never new Phil was even a fan.
Walkin' down the street,
shootin' people I meet,
fully loaded Tommy Gun!!!!!
Brian May is a guitar genius, IMHO.
I have always loved this song. Thanks for posting it.
Shrinkie - Yep, it'll do that. My alarm clock wakes me up with this stuff on a local radio station. Sometimes it gets me right out of bed, so I can turn it off, but some times, wakin' up to some Sabbath or whatever, it's like bliss. Makes me late to work.
And I hope he's able to help ya. I probably could have done it, but he's that guy with the skills, and the time to sit and do it.
Mushy - Yep, as long as they're hiring him to do the job, they should make him a partner and not treat him like a step child.
Hammer - Think it was one of those concerts full of stars, and Ozzy and Tony probably showed up alone. Don't see ether the drummer or base player there. Some royal event.
Whodatdare - Glad you liked it. Fell in love with Queen in the late '70s after seeing them on the midnight special. Nobody like them.
Didja know that Freddie never had his teeth fixed because he thought that doing so would adversely affect his voice.
I was in London in summer 1985 when Freddie and Queen took that global TV audience by storm.
Cheers
David
David - Cool. Would have loved to have seen them.
