We had a dog a few years back we named Tia Pan. He went missing one day, never to be seen, and the next time we ate at the local chinese spot, I asked my wife if she wanted the Moo Goo Tia Pan...we left without ordering!
Well, it just looked a little DARKER than "normal" chicken! Maybe it was the "chef's-choice" of the day...!
Sorry, man! It's just somethin' about that BLACK sauce! And since it's Chinese, it can't be blackened-Cajun-style! Or can it...?

I think it was just a bad picture from the phone. Makes it look kinda like a steamin' turd, but I assure you it's good stuff.
