I'm so tired of that lame assed, hippy dippy, Pipi
Longstocking bullshit she wears. Cold as hell to take
her to Paris and then give her the heave ho, but it
was gonna happen. Back to the farm Pipi. Kayne is
gonna go next, unless he pulls his country head out
of his ass. What the hell was he thinking about with
the last two or three shows in a row? What was with
that 1977, studio 54 bullshit? Amazing.
The classy people on that show stand out like a sore
thumb. Laura is cool as hell. I love the way she dresses
herself, but I'm getting tired of the 1930s, Masterpiece
Theatre look. Jeff's an asshole. Needs a beatin', but isn't
that what rock star artists are supposed to be like? Thing
is, he's so arrogant, he could loose it at any moment. He's
got his shit down though. Vincent is a loose cannon. Brilliant,
but I never know what he's gonna produce. Uli has GOT to
do something other than another sheer, flowing print. I
love that shit but they're gonna hammer her. She's great
though. Has to take it up a notch. Mike is the most
consistently cool designer. Classy and cool. So I'm thinking
its gonna come down to ...
Mike, Laura, and Jeff.
Wadda ya think?

Love to comment more intelligently, but I have no idea what you're talking about! Ha
Is this some reality show? Maybe Big Brother or something?
I watched Supernova instead!
Yep. Reality show on Bravo, Project Runway. A guilty pleasure. Started watching it as background noise while I surfed the web and have gotten into it. Reminds me of when I fell into watching the second season of The Real World on Mtv many years ago. Enjoyed the hell out of that one season but couldn't make myself watch any of the others. I think the chemistry in one of those reality shows has ether got to click with you somehow or you're gonna have a hard time giving a shit.
I wasn't sure what you were talking about until I saw "flowing print" and I'm assuming it's Project Runway. Never would've guessed you watch that.
We don't have cable, never paid for TV, haven't seen any MTV, Bravo, and only some of the History Channel when on vacation at a place with cable - we're Philistines.
Well, I'm basically a shut-in, so I live for the glowing orb.
I watch too much TV, but none of the reality shows. I didn't know a single name you mentioned. Those shows give me the shivers, being so pretentious and yet "reality".
I just wish they could boot Heidi Klum and that twit of a judge Nina, who said she was "devastated" when the one dude was booted for having pattern books in his room. Oy, I almost wish I cared.
Phew! Good to know I'm not the only straight man who is into that show.
I agree with your assessment of the cast. Jeff's a tool, who needs to be beaten like he stole something. Angela was way to into that dirty hippy look, and Laura is the classiest of 'em all.
I would agree with your picks for final three, except I read on news gossip site a week or so ago that Heidi Klum, in an interview w/a foreign newspaper, slipped up and dropped a hint as to the final three. They claimed the hint suggested that Michael didn't make the final three. Klum wouldn't clarify her comment or comment further.
Hm, well if I had to guess another I'd say maybe Uli, but she's got to take it up a notch. Maybe Vincent, but they're hinting in the previews for the next show that his days are numbered. Kayne could even make it, but he's got to pull his head out of his ass.
Yep, to me it's like this, I love to look at a woman in nice clothes, and I'm fascinated with the process of design and creation. If it was a show about painters or sculptors in an art school or something I'd probably dig it too. There's also got to be an interesting mix of personalities for me to give a shit.
In fact, that's a great Idea for a spin-off. Can't get into the cooking contest shows though, but I do watch a few of the shows on the food network.
Basically, with the odd hours I work, If it's a show that is ether repeated late at night or in the afternoon, I find myself surfing through at some point.
Um, I think Uli and Kayne will be the next to go, but I hope I'm wrong about that. No question in my mind - Michael and Laura will be in the final 3. Jeff is so out-there, and his stuff has some execution issues occasionally - the lapel looked damned sloppy on that jacket last week (the back, black part of the lapel) and I was amazed he won it. I hated the crotch of his pants, but he generally does to a great pant - which is one of the most difficult things to sew and have turn out well- (speaking as a 40 year old with 30 years of sewing experience). Vincent does seem inconsistent, but he has really grown on me. I'd love if the top 3 was rounded out by him, but I do think the judges will succumb to the enfant terrible appeal of Jeffrey. It's an exciting show, and I think they are turning out consistently higher quality and more complex designs than we've seen from contestants in previous seasons. They've definitely raised the bar.
I love, love, LOVE Michael - he actually seems "normal" on tv, if that's possible.
